Insulated Concrete Forms, commonly referred to as ICF, are a modern construction system that combines strength, insulation, and efficiency into a single wall system. Instead of stacking hollow concrete blocks, builders assemble lightweight EPS forms, reinforce them with steel, and pour concrete inside. The result is a solid reinforced concrete wall wrapped in continuous insulation.
