Stelcor, Build Better
FOR CONTRACTORS

Construction Systems & Supply for Contractors in Belize

Stelcor supplies building systems to contractors, builders and installers across Belize — ICF wall systems, precast floor and roof systems, concrete protection, wastewater and water treatment, from one supplier.

Send drawings and we will come back with a material takeoff. If the system is new to your crew, we support the first installation.

Built for contractors

What working with Stelcor actually involves, day to day:

  • System and material supply across five construction systems, manufactured or stocked locally rather than ordered in per project.
  • Material takeoffs from your drawings, so you are pricing against quantities instead of an allowance.
  • Delivery scheduled to your programme — coordinated against your build sequence rather than dropped in one load.
  • Technical information for you, your engineer or the architect when a detail needs resolving.
  • Project coordination where more than one system is involved on the same job.
  • On-site support through first installation where the system is new to the crew.

The practical value is repeat access: once your team knows the systems and we know how you work, the next project moves faster than the first.

Request a material takeoff

This is the most useful thing we do for contractors at tender stage. Send what you have and we will work out quantities for the systems involved.

What to send:

  • Drawings or plans — architectural and structural if you have both
  • Project location
  • Which system or systems you are considering
  • Roughly what stage the project is at — tendering, awarded, or on site

Incomplete drawings are fine. Tell us what is not settled yet and we will flag what we have assumed, so nothing gets quietly priced in or left out.

ICF wall systems

Insulated concrete form blocks manufactured in Belize — reinforced concrete walls with continuous insulation, supplied to site with takeoffs prepared from your drawings.

For crews new to ICF, the first pour is where support matters most: bracing, alignment and pour sequence. We work with your team through it.

See ICF wall systems in Belize.

Floor & roof systems

Precast floor and roof systems — prestressed beams with infill and topping, for second-storey floors, suspended slabs and concrete roofs.

Beam quantities and lengths come from the drawings, and delivery is scheduled against the floor sequence so components arrive when the crew is ready for them.

See precast floor and roof systems.

Concrete protection

Aquron concrete protection for new pours going into hard exposure, and for existing structures already showing spalling or rust staining.

For contractors this is usually a scope question: what area is being treated, where it sits in the programme, and whether repair work has to happen first. We work that through with you and the engineer.

See concrete protection and waterproofing.

Wastewater

Package wastewater treatment for projects with no public sewerage connection — resorts, subdivisions and commercial developments.

Worth raising early on any job you are pricing: the treatment approach affects site layout and land take, and it is far easier to accommodate before the layout is fixed.

See package wastewater treatment plants in Belize.

Water treatment

Potable water treatment — reverse osmosis, filtration and disinfection for coastal, caye and off-grid projects without a reliable municipal supply.

Separate system from wastewater, separate scope. Many caye and coastal projects need both, and they are planned alongside each other rather than combined.

See water treatment systems in Belize.

Technical support

When a detail needs resolving, you can request technical information directly rather than going through a general enquiry.

  • Product and system documentation for the configuration you are building
  • Coordination with your engineer or architect where a detail needs agreeing between us
  • Project-specific questions — interfaces, sequencing, tolerances, what the system does and does not suit

Tell us the project and the specific question. Documentation is issued against a defined project rather than as a general download, so what you get matches what you are actually building.

Working with Stelcor

Worth being clear on where the line sits.

Stelcor supplies systems and materials, prepares takeoffs, provides technical information, coordinates delivery and supports your team on the systems side.

You remain the contractor. Construction execution, site safety, programme, workmanship and your obligations under your own contract stay with you. Structural design stays with the engineer of record. We do not take on those responsibilities, and no supplier who does should be taken seriously.

That boundary is what makes the working relationship straightforward on site.
