Request a preliminary ICF materials estimate

Send us your drawings, project location and expected start date. We will review the wall layout, prepare a preliminary takeoff for the Stelcor ICF materials, and identify the details your project team needs to resolve before ordering.

What you receive

A preliminary quantity schedule for the ICF forms and relevant Stelcor accessories, with the drawing revision and allowances used. We will provide material pricing for the agreed supply scope and identify items that need a separate quotation.

You will also receive the product information needed to discuss the system with your architect, engineer and builder, along with questions about openings, wall heights, floor and roof connections, finishes and delivery access.

What to send

Include your name and contact number, project location, building use, current design stage and expected construction start. Attach the latest dimensioned plans, elevations and sections you have, including window and door sizes. Tell us which walls you want to assess and who is coordinating the design.

If you are still at concept stage, send a sketch and approximate dimensions. We can identify the information needed for a useful estimate.

How the review works

We first check the information and agree the review scope and timing. We then prepare the preliminary quantities and material pricing. Your project team resolves the design details before we confirm a final supply quotation and delivery arrangements.

Understand the estimate

This is a preliminary materials estimate. It does not establish an installed wall price or a whole-building budget. Concrete, reinforcement, labour, finishes, pumping, freight, taxes and other items are included only where expressly listed. Structural design remains with the project engineer. Quantities and pricing are confirmed against the agreed drawings before ordering.

Send your plans

Email your drawings to admin@stelcorsolutions.com or start with the project enquiry form. Include your location, current drawing revision and target start date.
